COSMOS's technical staff members are unique in the range of substantive and methodological areas they represent, with nationally known experts, project directors and investigators, and analysts with many years of related experience, and a wealth of supporting mid-level and junior staff members that provide a cost-effective mix for carrying out tasks associated with projects. The COSMOS team is multidisciplinary and includes individuals with experience in the areas of education, substance abuse, adult and youth mental and physical health concerns, criminal justice, economic development, technology diffusion and transfer, and policy analysis as well as other personnel who cover the range of substantive and methodological disciplines. Our staff members possess skills in program and project evaluation, data analysis, training and technical assistance, and publication and document preparation. COSMOS also has multi-lingual staff members that assist with translation and communication. COSMOS’s administrative staff members have expertise in the management of information systems, Web site development, document and graphic production, communications, and accounting.

COSMOS maintains a flexible working environment, allowing staff to telecommute locally or operate from a home office in other states. This allows COSMOS to be responsive to clients in different geographic locations.
